Bo and his team went above and beyond to help me out. Our drain clogged and flooded the basement. Bo spent 30 minutes on the phone with me as he diagnosed multiple issues he was seeing. We got a quote later that day and because of the urgency, they were out the following day to start working. They spent several days at the house and gave us the peace of mind that our plumbing was correctly installed. They were professional, punctual, and answered every question I had. HB Plumbing has done a wonderful job helping us get the Plumbing in our home repaired after some shady contractors left it a broken leaky disaster. Bo, Hollie, and team went above and beyond to help us out. They drove across the state to pick up our water heater due to delivery time being so long. Unfortunately, that water heater was defective from the factory, and they work tirelessly to call and get a new unit under warranty. HB Plumbing got our whole house plumed in one day.
